Passive: Dragon Slayer: Deals an extra 4d6 slashing damage on hit against dragons. Dragons have disadvantage on saving throws against this weapon's effects.
Activated: Chain Lightning (3 charges): As a bonus action, hurl a bolt. One target within 60 ft makes DC 17 Dex save or takes 8d6 lightning damage (half on success). Arcs to 2 secondary targets within 30 ft for 4d6 each.
On Hit: Stormstrike (1 charge): On a hit, deal an extra 3d6 lightning damage and the target cannot use reactions until the start of your next turn.
Passive: Dragon Sense: You always know the direction of the nearest dragon within 10 miles. You cannot be frightened by dragons.
On Natural 20: Thunderclap: On a critical hit, all creatures within 10 ft of the target (excluding you) take 2d8 thunder damage and must succeed on DC 17 Con save or be stunned until end of their next turn.

Requires attunement by a dwarf or creature proficient with battleaxes. +3 to attack and damage rolls. Deals 4d6 extra slashing vs. dragons; dragons have disadvantage on saves vs. this weapon. Has 5 charges. Spend 1 charge for Stormstrike (extra 3d6 lightning + no reactions). Spend 3 charges for Chain Lightning (DC 17 Dex, 8d6 to primary, 4d6 to two secondary targets). On a nat 20, triggers Thunderclap (2d8 thunder, DC 17 Con or stunned). Regains 1d4+1 charges at dawn.
