Activated: Chain Lightning (3 charges): As a bonus action, hurl a bolt. One target within 60 ft makes DC 17 Dex save or takes 8d6 lightning damage (half on success). Arcs to 2 secondary targets within 30 ft for 4d6 each.
On Hit: Stormstrike (1 charge): On a hit, deal an extra 3d6 lightning damage and the target cannot use reactions until the start of your next turn.
Passive: Dragon Sense: You always know the direction of the nearest dragon within 10 miles. You cannot be frightened by dragons.

I want a Dwarven Battleaxe that's designed for dragon cleaving. It's epic rarity and has the ability to shoot lightning as well as cleaving dragons.
