On Hit: On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be Blinded until the end of its next turn as pink-gold radiance bursts from the wound.
Activated: As an action, expend 1 charge to release a 15-foot cone of golden rays. Each creature in the cone takes 3d8 radiant damage (DC 14 Dexterity saving throw for half).
On Critical Hit: On a critical hit, the target is Stunned until the end of your next turn as the jeweled hilt pulses with blinding pink brilliance.
